If your package has been opened or has any damage, please request a returning report from the cargo company representative. However, if you have detected a damage in the package during delivery and the cargo officer thinks that the package is not damaged, check whether the products are undamaged by opening the package there and ask the cargo officer to determine the situation with a report. The situation should be reported to the Customer Service as soon as possible, along with a copy of the report.
